Terms and Conditions for

New Leaf Hypnosis & Healing

Welcome to New Leaf Hypnosis & Healing. By booking and participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the scope of our services.

1. Scope of Services

New Leaf Hypnosis & Healing provides hypnosis, energy healing, and spiritual coaching sessions designed to promote personal growth, relaxation, and self-improvement. Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and we do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

 

2. Eligibility

By engaging in our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have obtained written consent from a legal guardian if under 18.

  • You understand and agree to the nature and purpose of hypnosis sessions.

 

3. Confidentiality

All client information shared during hypnosis sessions is considered confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

4. Client Responsibility

  • You agree to participate in hypnosis sessions with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the process.

  • You acknowledge that the results of hypnosis depend on your active participation and commitment to the process.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations.

 

5. Appointment Scheduling and Attendance

  • Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability.

  • It is your responsibility to be on time for scheduled sessions. If you are late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

  • All intake forms must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. If forms are not received in time, your session may be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment so the time can be offered to someone else. Rescheduling is available but refunds are not provided. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. Consultation appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will incur a $25 no-show fee. A credit card is required to reserve all consultation appointments.

 

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.

 

8. Limitations of Liability

  • New Leaf Hypnosis is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of hypnosis sessions.

  • By participating in hypnosis, you accept full responsibility for any changes or actions resulting from your sessions.

 

9. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is permitted and encouraged if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduling requests can be made by contacting us directly at least 24 hours before the appointment.

 

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

New Leaf Hypnosis & Healing reserves the right to update, amend, or remove these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
