Your session begins before you ever log on. The more intentional you are going in, the more open and receptive you will be when the time comes. This page covers everything you need to know to show up feeling ready, relaxed, and at ease.

Spiritual Hypnosis Sessions

Whether you are joining me for Past Life Regression, Light Between Lives, Beyond Quantum Healing, or an Akashic Records Journey, the way you prepare makes a difference. Come with an open mind and a willingness to trust whatever comes through.

 

Before your session:

  • Come with an open mind and a willingness to trust whatever comes through.

  • Your session can come through as vivid images, feelings, sounds, or an inner knowing. There is no wrong way to experience it!

  • It's common to wonder if you're making things up. You are not. Trust what comes through and keep going. You will have plenty of time to reflect afterward.

  • Set an intention before your session. Your subconscious already knows you have planned this experience and will be ready.

  • Your session will be recorded and delivered to you within 72 business hours.

Wellness Hypnotherapy

Headphones are perfect for reducing noise during your session.

Wellness Hypnotherapy works best when you come in calm, focused, and ready to do the work. There is no special preparation required but a few simple things will help you get the most out of each session.

 

Before your session:

  • Get a good night's sleep the night before

  • Avoid caffeine for at least 4 hours before your session

  • Eat something light and stay hydrated

  • Set up a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted

  • Have headphones nearby if possible

  • Silence notifications and remove smart watches or fitness devices

  • Use the restroom before we begin

  • Take a few minutes to think about what you most want to focus on during the session

 

Please note that Wellness Hypnotherapy sessions are not recorded.

Intake Forms

You will receive your intake form in your confirmation email after booking. Please complete and submit it at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

The intake form is simple and straightforward. It covers basic background information, a few questions about your experience with hypnosis, and what you are hoping to explore or heal during your session. There are no right or wrong answers. The form is designed to help me understand where you are and tailor the session to your needs. Everything is handled securely through Jotform.
