This is a 3-hour virtual session that combines two powerful modalities into one cohesive experience. The Akashic Records Journey is considered an advanced session. Some basic familiarity with the Chakra system is helpful before attending, as the Records work moves through energetic centers that will come up during the session. Allie will provide additional details and preparation guidance in your confirmation email after booking.

Allie opens with a gentle induction and guides you into a deeply relaxed state before moving into a Past Life Regression. You are guided into one past lifetime relevant to your soul's current journey, allowing you to experience that life firsthand and integrate the healing it carries. This portion of the session is directed by your Spirit Guides, who will bring forward exactly what is meant to be seen.

From there, the session transitions into the Akashic Records portion. This is not a reading, you are the one doing the work. Allie guides you into your own Records, where your Higher Self, your Spirit Guides, and the Ascended Masters work together to bring forward what your soul most needs to access. Experiencing both modalities within the same session allows you to feel the difference between them firsthand and understand what each one offers your healing journey.

 

Allie holds the space and guides the process. While she may occasionally receive and share an intuitive impression as the session unfolds, the wisdom and guidance that comes through belongs to your Higher Self, your Spirit Guides, and the Ascended Masters. How is this different from a standalone Past Life Regression?
A Past Life Regression takes you into a past lifetime to explore and heal, guided entirely by your Spirit Guides. The Akashic Records Journey adds a second modality after the regression, where you access your own Records with the support of your Higher Self, your Spirit Guides, and the Ascended Masters. The two experiences have a distinctly different energy, and sitting with both in the same session gives you a felt understanding of what each one offers. Do I need to know anything about the Akashic Records before my session?
No prior experience with the Records is required. Allie will send preparation details in your confirmation email after booking. Coming with a basic understanding of the chakra system will help you get the most out of the Records portion of the session.

Can I bring specific questions to the session?

Yes, and you are encouraged to. After booking you will receive an intake form that includes a space to submit up to 5 questions in advance, along with a list of suggested questions to help you prepare. Coming with clear intentions helps focus the energy of the session, though be open to receiving what your soul needs rather than only what your mind is looking for.
