At your scheduled appointment time, I’ll call you at the phone number you provide. Please double-check that it’s entered correctly when booking. If I reach voicemail, I’ll leave a message and make one additional attempt about 10 minutes later. Please plan to be available at your scheduled time so we can make the most of our conversation. Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your 30-minute online consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be offered to someone else.
