Cancellation Policy

At your scheduled appointment time, I will call the phone number you provide when booking. Please double-check that it’s entered correctly so we can connect without any issues. If I reach voicemail, I’ll leave a message and make one additional attempt about 10 minutes later. Please plan to be available at your scheduled time so we can make the most of our conversation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 30-minute online consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be offered to someone else who may be waiting for an opening. If something unexpected comes up, I appreciate you letting me know as soon as possible. Because consultation times are limited and held specifically for you, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may incur a $25 late cancellation or no-show fee. My goal is simply to keep these time slots available for those who are ready to connect. Thank you for being respectful of this shared time and energy.
