The Truth About Spirit Guides, Your Higher Self, and How They Help You Heal

Your spirit guides have been with you since before you were born. They don't interfere, they support, love, and show up exactly when you need them.

Some guides stay with you through your entire life. Others come in and out depending

on what you're working through at a given time. A guide for grief, a guide for creative expansion, a guide for a particular life lesson, etc. You typically have one primary guide and a rotating cast of supportive ones, all showing up exactly when you need them.

Love Without Limits

Here's the part that tends to stop people in their tracks. Spirit guides love you more deeply than any human being is capable of loving you on Earth. That's not a criticism of the humans in your life. It's just that love in the human experience comes wrapped in very human things like jealousy, fear, hurt, unhealed wounds, projection, and more. And they're not here to fix you or steer you in a direction that serves them. They have no agenda. They just want to see you grow, feel joy, and experience the full depth of what it means to be human. When you ask for their help, they're there. They don't interfere, they support. Your Higher Self Is Something Else Entirely

People often group spirit guides and the Higher Self together, but they're distinct. The Higher Self isn't a separate Being watching over you from the outside. It's you. It's the most expansive, complete version of you that exists.
